In accordance with current legislation, we inform you that the personal data provided by you will be processed by designated Data Processors and persons authorized by the Data Controller, Idi Farmaceutici srl, solely to respond to your requests for information on our drugs, medical devices, and cosmetics, or to inform you about the outcome of your reports on adverse reactions, side effects, or incidents. If you intend to access the area of the Idi Farmaceutici srl website reserved for doctors and pharmacists regularly registered with their respective professional orders, the data you provide will be processed solely to allow you to consult the technical-scientific documentation relating to the medicinal specialties and medical devices produced or marketed by IDI Farmaceutici srl. The latter reserves the right to periodically check said access condition, reserving the right to prohibit access to those who are not in good standing with the registration of their professional orders. The Data Controller is IDI Farmaceutici srl, with headquarters in Pomezia (RM), via dei Castelli Romani, 83-85. Data processing will be carried out in paper form and with the aid of electronic means.
The Idi Farmaceutici srl website is installed on servers located in Italy, equipped with security measures suitable for protecting the privacy and confidentiality of any data provided by the data subjects. The data will also be processed by Italian processors and persons in charge of processing designated by the Controller.
Your data will be acquired for:
1) the purposes mentioned above and will be kept only for the time necessary to respond to your requests for information, or until you intend to access the reserved area of the IDI website. In case of failure to consent to this processing, we will not be able to authorize your access to the reserved area of the site;
2) for the occasional sending of updates on the Controller’s activities, to transmit scientific information on our drugs and commercial promotions regarding our cosmetics or other products, including those of our commercial partners. Said consent may be revoked at any time.
3) to follow up on any reports of adverse reactions and side effects.
The legal basis for the processing for the first two purposes is represented by the consent expressed by the data subject. Processing no. 3 is instead based on the obligations imposed by the legislation on Pharmacovigilance (EU Reg 1235/2010 and EU Directive 2010/84), medical device vigilance, and Cosmetovigilance (EU Reg 1233/2009).
At any time, you may access, modify, have deleted, and object to the processing of personal data.
